How to Purchase Credits
Home, Dashboard
- Choose PURCHASE CREDITS
- Verify Phone Number
- Before being able to purchase any credits, you will have to confirm your mobile number. This is to determine your country for TAX purposes
- Mobile Confirmation
- Once you have recieved a confirmation code via SMS, please enter this into the box and validate your account. This will enable you to purchase credits
- Purchase Credits
- Now you will be able to pick how many credits you wish to purchase. Now add the required amount to basket.
- Basket Summary
- Here you can review your selection and amend purchase if required before moving onto the check out.
- Checkout
- This is your total order. Click Place Order to move onto the payment page.
- Payment Information
- Here you are required to fill out the requested information for payment. Please follow the online instructions .
How to register your company for VAT/TAX
- Home, Dashboard
- Go to your PROFILE menu and select ACCOUNT.
Account Overview
- On this page select the TAXATION tab.
Taxation
- Now fill out the box shown with your company tax number, then hit validate. Once your VAT number is verified your account will be adjusted.
How to build a Diesel Tune
- Home, Navigation Page
- Choose BUILD YOUR TUNE
- User Selection
- Depending on your subscription you may or may not see both options.
- Master tool users please select PCW build your tune.
- Proflash CMD users please select PCW Proflash build your tune
- Upload Your Stock File
- Select Vehicle Type
- Select Manufacturer
- Select Fuel Type
- Enter Vehicle Registration
- Hit browse and Select the file read from the vehicle
- Select Upload
- Verify Uploaded File
- The server will now verify the file structure.
- Calibration Identifier
- By pressing Show Details you can view the file being analysed in real time.
- Build Your Tune
- Select which Calibration you Require
- Should you require another variation, please select any Profile then scroll to the bottom of the page to the REQUEST A TUNE FILE link
- View Calibration Maps In Detail
- View New Engine Dynamics
- Deactivations
- Select deactivation of DPF and EGR. This will also show new NOX values on the sliding scale.
- DPF enabled vehicles require a working EGR to operate correctly, Therefore can only be deactivated together.
-Estimated Fuelling Benefits and Build File
- This will show estimated fuel cost benefits dependant on tune profile and deactivations
- Once you made your selections, press the Build Tune button proceed.
- Confirm Build
- Please check build sheet before continuing, as this will be the file that is built.
- You must check that your tool is capable of performing the CHECKSUM as file builds are NOT corrected
- File Download
- Your tuning file is now complete. Press the DOWNLOAD TUNING FILE to download your finished file.
How To Build A Petrol Tune
- Home, Navigation Page
- Choose BUILD YOUR TUNE
- User Selection
- Depending on your subscription you may or may not see both options.
- Master tool users please select PCW build your tune.
- Proflash CMD users please select PCW Proflash build your tune
- Upload Your Stock File
- Select Vehicle Type
- Select Manufacturer
- Select Fuel Type
- Enter Vehicle Registration
- Hit browse and Select the file read from the vehicle
- Select Upload
- Verify Uploaded File
- The server will now verify the file structure.
- Calibration Identifier
- By pressing Show Details you can view the file being analysed in real time.
- Build Your Tune
- You now have the choice to either build a file with or without added hardware
- If the vehicle is stock, simply click CONFIRM SELECTIONS. This selection will build a STAGE 1 tune.
- If the vehicle is modified, then simply click on the relevant hardware boxes to choose the modifications you require.
- Request Another Variation
- If there is a hardware modification applied to the vehicle that is not shown press the REQUEST A TUNE link at the bottom of the page
- Camshafts
- Uprated Fuel Pump
- Stroked / oversize pistons etc
- Then fill out the boxes giving us as much information as possible and then press the CREATE button. You will then have an open support ticket. Please watch your tickets for further instructions. You will also recieve SMS updates.

- Rear Lambda deactivation
- This is to disable Catalyst Monitoring. It will NOT delete error codes for a faulty Rear lambda sensor
- OFF = CATALYST MONITORING DISABLED
- ON = CATALYST MONITORING ENABLED
- Build Conformation
- Press BUILD TUNE To proceed
- Confirm Build
- Please check build sheet before continuing, as this will be the file that is built.
- You must check that your tool is capable of performing the CHECKSUM as file builds are NOT corrected
- File Download
- Your tuning file is now complete. Press the DOWNLOAD TUNING FILE to download your finished file.
Modified Files
- - The platform now has a modified file detection system in place. In most cases it can identify the file, tell you its modified then give you the option to either repair with stock file or tuned file, or abort and consult your client first.
No File Identification
- - In the event of the server not being able to recognise your submitted file, firstly please check you have uploaded the correct file. If this is correct then proceed to fill out a support ticket. Please supply us with the requested information. Once the file is verified manually by an engineer, you will be notified by SMS and Email.
How to Request a File From ID Only
- Home, Navigation Page
- Choose BUILD YOUR TUNE
- User Selection
- Depending on your subscription you may or may not see both options.
- Master tool users please select PCW build your tune.
- Upload your FULL file calibration ID
- Select Vehicle Type
- Select Manufacturer
- Select Fuel Type
- Enter Vehicle Registration
- Hit browse and Select your saved ID.txt or photo of ECU Label --- See here --- FILE ID.TXT ALLOWED DATA
- Select Upload
- File ID verification
- Fill out all information boxes ensuring all vehicle and contact details are correct
- Now press Create file Request button
- Please check before opening a File support request that there is an engineer available. An up to date resolution time is displayed on the page. The file office is online between 9.00am and 7.00pm GMT
-File Ticket Support
- A support ticket is now live and you will now receive all further correspondence by the Email provided
Protocol Database
- - In this section you can find the correct ecu protocol for the vehicle you are working on. If for instance, There are multiple choices on your flashtool for the same vehicle but are unsure which to use. Simply enter the vehicle make, model and powertrain version, this will then give you the correct ecu information you require to select on your tool.
Dyno Database
This database allows the user to select the vehicle they require and view potential output data for that powertrain.
- - For diesel engines, the user may select upto 3 different output options - ECO, SPORT and PERFORMANCE
- - For petrol engines, the database will only show 1 potential output. This will be a STAGE 1 calibration based on a stock vehicle

System Messages
The system message page is where you can keep track of the server, it includes past updates,the current version and also preparation updates for further development releases.
